I don't really have a whole lot of time tonight but I decided I needed to do a fast update.
The last two days have gone well. Yesterday I had eaten all of my calories and still felt hungry and exhausted so I decided to eat a bit extra and go to bed early. I felt way better this morning!
(don't have time to post my menus but I ate properly, no junk!! Just good nutritious food)
Today I had a really awesome workout, I was absolutely wiped out by it so I took a nap this afternoon! Did some grocery shopping this evening so I have lots of good food in the fridge. I picked up some veggie burgers tonight because they were 100 calories each and had 13 g of protein per burger! I was able to have 2 burgers (on lettuce "buns") for 250 calories for supper tonight so I was super stoked on that!
L starts on cow's milk tomorrow! He has had it before in foods Ive made for him so he shouldn't have any problem actually drinking it! Milk is ridiculously expensive on the east coast!! It cost me 7.49 to buy him 4 L's of milk tonight!
The scale showed me at down 5.5 pounds this morning so I am hoping by monday to see a -7 or so!
