I don't really have a whole lot of time tonight but I decided I needed to do a fast update.
The last two days have gone well. Yesterday I had eaten all of my calories and still felt hungry and exhausted so I decided to eat a bit extra and go to bed early. I felt way better this morning!
(don't have time to post my menus but I ate properly, no junk!! Just good nutritious food)
Today I had a really awesome workout, I was absolutely wiped out by it so I took a nap this afternoon! Did some grocery shopping this evening so I have lots of good food in the fridge. I picked up some veggie burgers tonight because they were 100 calories each and had 13 g of protein per burger! I was able to have 2 burgers (on lettuce "buns") for 250 calories for supper tonight so I was super stoked on that!
L starts on cow's milk tomorrow! He has had it before in foods Ive made for him so he shouldn't have any problem actually drinking it! Milk is ridiculously expensive on the east coast!! It cost me 7.49 to buy him 4 L's of milk tonight!
The scale showed me at down 5.5 pounds this morning so I am hoping by monday to see a -7 or so!

Rockin it!
So today is day three back on track and I am totally rocking it!
Didn't have time to get online yesterday to post but I did my P90X workout (cardio) and this is what I ate:
Breakfast:
Yogurt drink thing (70 cals)
Lunch:
Ham & turkey on whole wheat roll with mustard and cheese (330)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (33 cals)
Supper:
Meatloaf (204 cals)
Corn on the cob (59 cals)
Coleslaw (41 cals)
Baked potato with 1 tbsp sour cream (188 cals)
Snacks:
1/2 Banana (36 cals)
1/2 extra small apple (26 calories)
Strawberries (24 cals)
1 slice pound cake (160 cals)
Total:1171 cals eaten
I also managed to drink more than 3L's of water! The scale showed me down 1.7!
Today:
Weighed in with my clothes on showed me at 225.9lbs, not too worried about showing up 0.5lbs where I wasn't wearing my usual WI attire!
The menu today:

1/2 banana (45 cals)

3 egg whites, 1 whole egg (105 cals)

Snacks:
1 medium apple (95 cals)
1.5 oz cheddar cheese (167 cals)
1 all bran bar (130 cals)
Total: 1232 cals eaten
Exercise: P90X shoulders and arms workout (WHEW is all I have to say about that, hello triceps!)
So I discovered something today and I am going to pass it along to all of you. Work out in front of a mirror! Seriously! I have been avoiding mirrors lately but today when I caught a glimpse of myself working out in front of the mirror the "uggh" feeling I got made me totally want to make it through my workout and keep on going. I am so sick of being fat, uncomfortable, unhappy and unhealthy!
I know I am behind in my 365 reasons why because I have not been posting everyday but today's reason is: To feel good in my own skin! I know I can always go out and buy new clothes to avoid feeling so disgusting with my clothes that are getting way too tight, but to be perfectly honest I prefer not to go up to a size 14!
So this is it for tonight, need to go finish the last of todays water and take my vitamins then I am taking a shower and going to bed! I am tired tonight!

Sick as a dog all week!
So I was intending on starting my diet last Monday, however I have been so sick for over a week now. I am finally starting to feel back to myself but much of last week I either didn't feel like eating or ate like a cow because i didn't eat much for a few days.
So today was the day. I feel so ashamed to even have to post this but if I am not honest with myself about my weight there is no point in trying! I weighed in at 227.1 lbs this morning! I took my measurements (Chest, waist, hips... don't have the info in front of me will post at another time)
I am counting calories, as I stated earlier in the blog... I am going by the biggest loser diet guidelines of taking your weight and multiplying it by 6. So my daily calorie intake is in and around 1360! My Bugg is STILL not here, I am so sad over that but it will for sure be here this week! Once it is here I will feel more in control because I will be able to see my calorie deficit!
I stuck to my diet all day! My menu looked like this:
Breakfast:
Astro Biobest yogurt drink (70 cals)
Lunch:
6 oz ham (boiled then baked)(458 cals)
1/2 cup potatoes au gratin (161 cals)
1/2 cup peas (20 cals)
Supper:
1.5 cups chili (316 cals)
2 tbsp sour cream (60 cals)
14 multigrain nacho chips (260 cals)
Snack:
1/2 banana (36 cals)
Total: 1381 Cals
So I am a little bit over my target but do not plan on eating anything else tonight. I have had 1.5 L's of water so far today... I do plan on having a large glass of green tea shortly.
If I didn't have a package to go by for calorie info I used Calorie King
Exercise:
Today I did one of my P90X workouts. It was 57 minutes long, I got to about the 45 minute mark before I was too tired, I did cardio for an additional 15 minutes. Lets just say I have been tired ALL day as a result! But I choose not to nap!
Lastly, I will end with another reason why I want to lose the weight and get healthy... Energy! I am sick of feeling like I always need to sleep in or have a nap! I want to have energy and to be able to accomplish things in my life! I wont have that if I stay overweight!
Back again tomorrow!
